    Falck S.p.A., the holding company of Falck Renewables S.p.A., a leading European company in the renewable energy sector, has sold 60% to Infrastructure Investments Fund ("IIF"), an investment vehicle advised by J.P. Morgan Investment Management. Upon closing of the transaction, IIF will launch a mandatory tender offer for Falck Renewables S.p.A.’s remaining share capital.

    Falck Renewables S.p.A., listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, develops, designs, builds and operates renewable energy plants with an installed capacity of over 1.3 GW generated from wind, solar, WtE and biomass sources and mainly located in Europe and USA. The Company is also a global player in the renewable energy technical advisory and asset management services business providing asset management services to clients accounting for approximately 3.8 GW of installed capacity.

    In 2020 the Company generated a turnover of approximately €384m.

    Vitale acted as financial advisor to Falck S.p.A., supporting them in the process of structuring the transaction and in the negotiation phases.
