Famous worldwide for its iconic brands such as Beretta, Wüber and Salamini Beretta but also with a significant share of the Private Label market, Beretta is the main exporter of Italian charcuterie products worldwide with a turnover of more than 800 million euros.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to Beretta, offering support in the structuring of the transaction and in the negotiation with banks.
