Vitale acted as financial advisor to QUORUM SGR S.p.A. in the disposal of an urban regeneration project, mainly for residential use, located in the Lambrate district of Milan and owned by the closed-end real estate fund "Fondo Q2", managed by QUORUM SGR, to CPI Property Group, a leading Czech group owner of income-generating real estate in Berlin, Prague, Warsaw and in EU.
The development project includes 3 plots of land located between Via Crespi, Via Tanzi, Via Dei Canzi, Via Bistolfi and Via Pitteri for c. 41,000 sqm of SL (“superficie lorda”) and will be entirely converted to mainly residential use with a smaller portion intended for retail and light industrial.
Vitale assisted QUORUM SGR S.p.A. in defining and structuring the transaction, providing support in the modelling phase of the development project's business plan, as well as in negotiations with its counterparties.
