Vitale advised PureLabs S.p.A. ("PureLabs" or the "Company"), an Italian platform specialising in multi-specialist medical centres, in connection with the entry into a  financing arranged to raise new resources to finance the acquisition of Gruppo Sunmed and provide further momentum to the Group's external growth plan, provided by Banco BPM.

PureLabs is a diagnostics-focused aggregation platform with 20 locations across Italy, offering laboratory testing, imaging, and specialist medical consultancy. PureLabs' model is scalable and built on a buy-and-build strategy, having completed several acquisitions to date.

As part of the financing transaction, the Company secured the liquidity required to refinance the acquisitions of Centro Medico Ponticello and Ricerca Diagnostica, alongside a portion of acquisition financing to support the acquisition of Gruppo Sunmed.

Gruppo Sunmed is a player active in diagnostic imaging, specialist consultations, and outpatient surgery, with strong complementarity to PureLabs from both an operational optimisation perspective and in strengthening its presence in the Lazio region.

Vitale acted as debt advisor, supporting PureLabs in the structuring and negotiation of the financing in support of the transaction.
