The Board of Directors of Poste Italiane S.p.A. has approved the acquisition of a 49% minority stake in PagoPA from the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance.
PagoPA S.p.A. simplifies, digitizes, and streamlines interactions between citizens, businesses, and public administrations, developing key national platforms such as pagoPA, the official system for secure and standardized public-administration payments, IO, the public-services app, and SEND, the digital platform for legally valid communications between public bodies and citizens.
Vitale acted as advisor to Poste Italiane, providing a valuation analysis of PagoPA in the context of the transaction aimed at acquiring a minority stake in the company.
