Vitale assisted NB Renaissance Partners Holdings S.à r.l. (“Renaissance Partners”), the controlling shareholder of Lodestar S.p.A. (“Lodestar” or the “Group”), in connection with Lodestar’s acquisition of 4ward S.r.l. (“4ward”), supporting Renaissance Partners in the structuring of the financing package for the transaction.

Lodestar, an Italian digital transformation platform focused on the Microsoft ecosystem, entered into a binding agreement to acquire 4ward from Impresoft, a group controlled by Clessidra Private Equity. 4ward is an IT services and digital transformation company with specialized expertise in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft solutions.

The acquisition represents a further step in Lodestar’s growth strategy and will further strengthen the Group’s positioning within the Microsoft ecosystem, expanding its capabilities and offering across key digital transformation areas. Following the transaction, Lodestar will reach total revenues more than €130 million.

Vitale acted as financial advisor, assisting Renaissance Partners in the structuring and negotiation of a senior financing package supporting the transaction.
