Vitale advised NB Renaissance Partners Holdings S.à r.l. ("Renaissance Partners") in connection with the acquisition of a controlling stake in Reway Group S.p.A. ("Reway" or the "Group"), supporting the acquirer in structuring the financing for the transaction.

Renaissance Partners entered into a senior syndicated facility to support the acquisition of a controlling stake in Reway, leading independent operator active in the maintenance, rehabilitation and modernization of road and railway infrastructure. The Group operates as a pure-play operator with fully integrated in-house capabilities covering engineering, execution and maintenance.

Established in 2021 through the strategic combination of three companies, Reway has expanded its service offering by entering the railway segment through the acquisition of Ge.Ma. The Group delivers solutions for highly complex projects, providing maintenance for the country's critical infrastructure through a portfolio of services spanning bridge and viaduct restoration, seismic upgrading, tunnel restoration, and the installation of safety and sound-absorbing barriers, as well as engineering and design services. Headquartered in Licciana Nardi (Massa Carrara), the Group employs approximately 700 FTEs.
