Vitale assisted NB Renaissance Partners Holdings S.à r.l. (“Renaissance Partners”) in connection with the acquisition of Lodestar S.p.A. (“Lodestar” or the “Group”), supporting the acquirer in the structuring of the financing to fund the transaction.
Renaissance Partners has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Lodestar, a unique Italian digital transformation platform fully focused on the Microsoft ecosystem, offering solutions across infrastructure, cloud & cybersecurity, modern workplace, data analytics, and enterprise software development.
Founded in 2022 through the strategic combination of three complementary IT specialists, Lodestar has evolved into a holistic and integrated digital transformation platform.

The Group is the only independent player in Italy fully specialized in Microsoft solutions, holding all available designations and serving a loyal and diversified customer base. Headquartered in Milan, Lodestar operates through 11 offices across Italy and employs approximately 500 professionals.
Vitale acted as financial advisor, assisting Renaissance Partners in the structuring and negotiation of a senior financing package supporting the transaction.
