Vitale advised Investindustrial on the signing of a binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in P.A. Aromatics S.r.l. ("P.A. Aromatics", together with its subsidiaries the "Group") from the Montagna family.

Founded in 1984 in Carbonara al Ticino (Pavia), the Group designs, produces and markets flavours for the food, confectionery, beverage, spirits and pharmaceutical industries and, more recently, fragrances. In its current configuration, the Group is the result of an M&A strategy that has consolidated its production offering and accelerated its international development.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to Investindustrial, providing support on transaction structuring, negotiations and the coordination of due diligence.
