OneItalia Alliance, an Italian group active in insurance intermediation and brokerage and backed by J.C. Flowers & Co., has acquired Global Broker S.p.A. from the RI-FIN group through its subsidiary Strategica.
The transaction strengthens OneItalia Alliance’s positioning in the Corporate and SME segments, while expanding the Group’s expertise in operational risk management, bancassurance programmes, claims management and business continuity services.
Vitale & Co. S.p.A. acted as financial advisor to Global Broker S.p.A. and the RI-FIN group, supporting them throughout the valuation and negotiation of the transaction.
