Analysis of the main economic and capitalization profiles of Cassa di Ferrara;
assistance in the study and evaluation of different strategies and possible transaction structures aimed at the recapitalization of Cassa di Ferrara;
assistance in the structuring of the selected transaction;
assistance in the discussions with the relevant counterparts (the Cassa di Ferrara, Regulatory Authorities, funding banks, other garantors of the share capital increase);
assistance in the preparation an discussion of the legal documentation pertaining to the Foundation.
