Vitale assisted Fiven S.p.A. (“Fiven”) in the sale of 100% of the share capital of Allos S.r.l. (“Allos”) to DGS S.p.A. (“DGS”), a portfolio company of the private equity fund Intermediate Capital Group (“ICG”).

Founded in 1992, Allos is an Italian IT consulting firm specializing in digital transformation projects for Human Capital Management, with distinctive expertise in the SAP SuccessFactors suite.

The company supports its clients throughout the entire HR transformation cycle, from strategy design to the implementation of advanced technological solutions, combining professional services, third-party technologies, and proprietary SAP-native modules, also available on the SAP Store.

Allos is recognized as a reference partner in the Italian market for HR digitalization, serving a diversified client base that includes leading players in the industrial, fashion, retail, and automotive sectors.

DGS is a leading Italian group in digital transformation, system integration, and cybersecurity, with a consolidated presence among large corporate clients and public administrations. The Group offers an integrated portfolio of high-tech IT services and solutions, operating across SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms. Since 2024, DGS has been controlled by Intermediate Capital Group (“ICG”), a global investor with significant expertise in supporting both organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
