Vitale assisted D.I.MAR S.r.l. (“DIMAR”) in (i) the sale of a majority stake in its share capital to Clessidra Capital Credit SGR S.p.A. (“Clessidra”), as part of a restructuring under Art. 56 of the CCII.

DIMAR is a company operating in Italy primarily in the retail and wholesale distribution of seafood products, through the Sapore di Mare brand, and also managing a network of 76 retail stores
