The Cornaro family acquired the 19.6% stake previously held by the Piotrkowski-Dollfus family, historical shareholders of the group, thereby increasing its stake from 80.1% to 99.7%. As a result, the founding family assumed full control of Cornèr Bank.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to the Cornaro family in connection with the transaction, supporting the group in the valuation of the stake and in the preparation of the offer.
