COIMA SGR S.p.A. has completed the sale of the asset Corso Europa 20 in Milan, former headquarters of Ubi Banca S.p.A., to JP Morgan Asset Management.
The real estate Alternative Investment Fund COIMA Argo Fund managed by Coima SGR, and owner of a significant portion (c. 70%) of the property has completed the sale to a Real Estate Alternative Investment Fund “Hanami” managed by Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A. and fully subscribed by JP Morgan Asset Management.
The property is a modern office building to be repositioned, designed by the famous architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni, extending over eight floors above the Galleria Strasburgo, a retail gallery that connects Corso Europa to Via Durini.
