Ardian increases its stake in Jakala, acquiring a 60% stake in the company together with founder Matteo de Brabant, management and legacy partners with the aim of becoming one of the world leaders in Martech.

Jakala, the first company in Italy and among the first in Europe to combine marketing and technology, operates in a rapidly evolving market, assisting its clients, particularly large companies, to make the best use of technology and data to improve and develop their business through innovative sales and marketing projects.
