IFEX Group has acquired 100% of Alba Tramezzini S.p.A. from Aksia and the Albano family
Alba Tramezzini is a leading Italian player in the production of ready-made and packaged tramezzini, sandwiches and snacks. The Company offers a broad product portfolio across both the chilled and frozen segments, distributing its products under its own brands as well as in private-label.
Alba Tramezzini operates a highly vertically integrated business model, with in-house production of the key ingredients of the final products (bread and sauces). Manufacturing activities are carried out across two production facilities located in Faggiano, with a total surface area of approximately 10,000 sqm, including a main plant of around 6,000 sqm.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to the sellers, providing support in the structuring of the transaction, throughout the negotiation process and in the coordination of the due diligence activities.
