Vitale assisted ACEA S.p.A. (“Acea”) in (i) the sale of a 30% stake in Acea Sun Capital S.r.l. (“ASC”) to Equitix Ltd (“Equitix”), raising its stake in ASC to 90%, and (ii) in the expansion of the ASC’s photovoltaic portfolio to 144MWp.
Acea will retain responsibility for the operational management of the plants and maintain control over a significant portion of off-take contracts through long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs).
