She has 10 years’ experience in the corporate finance and investment banking industry.
She has advised national and international companies and private equity funds on several mergers & acquisitions and equity capital market transactions mainly on industrial, consumer and business services sectors.
Prior to joining Vitale, Sara was part of the Colombo & Associati team and Deloitte Financial Advisory M&A team.
