Giuseppe has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

He has a unique track record in managing and developing leading healthcare organizations across Italy and Europe, with a particular focus on the growth and transformation of private healthcare.

He is the Founder and CEO of Ledcon, a healthcare and life sciences advisory firm, and an Adjunct Professor at Bocconi University in Milan. Throughout his career, he has held senior management and governance positions, including CEO of San Donato Hospital Group, Founder and CEO of Affidea Italia, Vice President Western Europe and member of Affidea’s Executive Committee, as well as serving on the Boards of leading Italian and European healthcare organizations.

He has also led more than 80 M&A transactions, including the acquisition and integration of diagnostic centers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and social and long-term care organizations, making a significant contribution to the evolution of the private healthcare landscape in Italy and across Europe.
