He has more than 15 years’ experience in the investment banking industry.
He has advised national and international companies and private equity funds on several mergers & acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border) and capital markets transaction in financial services, fintech, IT, business services and industrial distribution.
Prior to joining Vitale, Francesco was part of the M&A team at UniCredit and Financial Services team at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
