The German group Ströer, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and specialising in out-of-home media, offering its customers personalised and fully integrated end-to-end solutions, has entered into partnership with the shareholders of Dea Group, a group active in the business of dialogue marketing in Italy, purchasing 51% of Dea Holding.
Bruno Parisi, CEO of Dea Holding and co-founder, together with Liria Danesi, of Dea Group, said he was deeply satisfied with the agreement reached with Ströer. “I am sure that thanks to this important partnership” continued Bruno Parisi “Dea Group will have the opportunity to further strengthen its position in the Italian direct sales and telesales market”.
The Ströer Group employees over 12,000 people and in 2019 realized revenues for €1.6bn with a market cap as at October 2020 of €3.5bn. Dea Group is focused on the Italian market and generates revenues for approximately €15m.
Vitale acted as sell-side advisor, assisting Dea Holding shareholders in the economic and financial analyses, origination of the transaction and definition of the structure and the terms, management of due diligence activities, negotiations and definition of the agreement with the counterpart, cooperation with legal consultants in the revision, negotiation and definition of the legal documentation.
