Advisory to Colussi SpA for the acquisition of a 50% stake in ZAO CI Group, a Russian company leader in the pasta sector with the brands Maltagliati and Scebekinskie.

presentation of the investment proposal to the client’s deliberative bodies;
assistance in the negotiation with the vendors;
